Isaac N. Arnold
Isaac N. Arnold, a life-long resident of Franklin Falls, died at 5 p. m. Monday at Saranac Lake General Hospital at the age of 82. He had been a patient at the hospital for three weeks.
Mr. Arnold was a farmer. He was born June 1, 1885, in Franklin Falls, a son of Norman and Ann Goodspeed Arnold. His wife, the former Belle Reed survives him.
Other survivors are: five sons, Earl of Saranac Lake, Ralph, Delbert, and Isaac Roland of Franklin Falls, and Robert of Willsboro; six daughters, Mrs. Edith Ford and Mrs. Mary Ford of Clintonville, Miss Anna Arnold and Mrs. Ruth Parks of Franklin, Ind., Mrs. Lillian Serebre of Annaheim, Calif., and Mrs. Fanny Johnson of Syracuse; 34 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Friends may call at Mr. Arnold's home where the funeral will be held at 2 p. m. Wednesday. The Rev. Lawrence F. Selig, pastor of the Presbyterian Church, will conduct the funeral. Interment will be in the Franklin Falls Cemetery.
